We the people of the Enclave hereby declare our independence and self sustenance from the tyranny and the corruption of governments past. The Government is supposed to protect its citizens and uphold the law at the same time. The citizens are the sole purpose of a governing body and thus are the key part to a successful government. The people have a voice and it should be heard to the fullest. The Enclave ensures that the citizens have the say in who will lead them. Anyone may run for office no matter age of race as long as they are not convicted criminals. Everyone is equal, everyone one is free, we are the Enclave.
